Switching Time: A Family Portrait

Over the next week we will be exploring the dissociative multiplicity of Karen Overhill in the context of Assagioli’s psychosynthesis. Above is a family portrait drawn by the artistically-inclined Jensen. From bottom left we have Sidney, Jensen, and the protector Holdon cradling the baby Karen Boo. Directly behind cheeky Sidney is Clare. In the row behind them we see Elise, angry Miles, Karl, and Thea. The third row from the front comprises the pain-ridden and disabled Julie, Katherine with her guitar, and a praying Ann; in the fourth row from the front we see Elise 1, Elise 2, Elise 3, and the overweight Sandy; and the sole girl with the long brown hair and emerald eyes behind them is Juliann.
